Craft

Badarserebel Creations Studio

This creative studio was set up by Frazer and Megan in June 2022, in one of the old stables behind The Eagle Pub and Hotel. Some of Frazer’s dieselpunk (Mad Max-inspired) bikes are on display inside the Eagle, and their generous support has been invaluable in making this dream a reality.

It’s a culmination of 8 years’ work by Frazer, being the world’s Southernmost Dieselpunk (also known as the Badarse Rebel) and 4 years’ study by Megan as an artist working in ink, watercolour and calligraphraphy.

Frazer designs and welds dieselpunk creations while Megan does miniature watercolours, and they both collaborate together on firedrum, brazier and shadowbox designs and commissioned pieces. Their work is constantly evolving, finding inspiration in the worlds of dieselpunk, steampunk, Vikings and imagination.
